Tangle Foot
Tangle Foot is brewed by the Badger Brewery in Dorset, UK. The beer is so light in colour that it could be mistaken for a Lager but it is actually an Ale. On the back of the bottle the brewer describes what the beer tastes like:
See; Light amber, copper
Smell: Fruity, scented hop, cereal
Taste: Crispy/Sweet, spicy overtones.
On a scale from 1 to 5 it says:
Bitter 3
Sweet 4
Hoppy 3
Malty 2
Fruity 4It is an mild tasting Ale, very easy going. If there every was a pub or restaurant that wanted a house Ale, like there are house wines, Tangle Foot would be good choice. I am sure it taste great with many disses, and it tastes good on its own. But it is very middle of the road, does not set my taste buds of fire. If maybe one or two values on their scale had been on 5 it would have been a fantastic beer instead of being okay6/10
